Foxconn Posts Strong Second-Quarter Revenue Growth on Surging AI Demand

Global electronics manufacturing giant Foxconn has reported a remarkable surge in its second-quarter revenue, driven by booming demand for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure and continued strength in its consumer electronics business. The company recorded a 39.8% year-on-year increase in revenue for the April–June quarter, reaching T$2.513 trillion (approximately US$78.7 billion), surpassing market expectations and marking the highest second-quarter revenue in the company’s history.

The impressive performance was primarily fueled by Foxconn’s cloud and networking products division, which has benefited from the rapid global expansion of AI technologies. As the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer and a key production partner for leading technology companies, Foxconn has played a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for AI servers. The company is the largest manufacturer of AI servers for Nvidia and remains the primary assembler of Apple’s iPhones, positioning it at the center of the ongoing AI-driven technology boom.

Foxconn also achieved record monthly sales in June, with revenue climbing 52.1% year-on-year to T$821.8 billion, reflecting sustained momentum across its AI and smart consumer electronics businesses. The continued strength in AI-related orders has significantly contributed to the company’s outstanding quarterly performance, underscoring the increasing importance of AI infrastructure in the global technology market.

Looking ahead, Foxconn expects business to continue growing during the third quarter, supported by strong demand for AI servers and advanced computing solutions. While expressing confidence in its business outlook, the company also noted that it will closely monitor evolving global political and economic developments that could influence international trade and supply chains. Despite these uncertainties, Foxconn’s latest results highlight its resilience, strong manufacturing capabilities, and strategic position in the rapidly expanding AI ecosystem, reinforcing its status as one of the world’s leading technology manufacturing companies.
